TalkSpar Legal Request

Use this page to submit a legal request to TalkSpar. In order to submit a legal request, you must have:

1. An official law enforcement agency email address verified on your account, and
2. A legal document that is in English, or accompanied by an official English translation, and
3. Jurisdiction within the United States, or domestication from a court with jurisdiction within the United States.

TalkSpar may charge reasonable fees for compliance with legal process to which TalkSpar is not party, in accordance with 18 USC 2706.

Abuse of this form, including submissions that do not meet the requirements above, is a violation of the TalkSpar terms of service and may lead to the termination of your TalkSpar account, at the sole discretion of TalkSpar staff.
